Depart from Marrakech at 8:00 AM traveling through the Atlas Mountains via Tizi n Tichka pass. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where famous movies like Gladiator were filmed. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the "Gateway to the Desert", then drive through the Valley of Roses to reach Dades Valley for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to Todra Gorges with spectacular 300m high canyon walls. Continue to Merzouga passing through Berber villages. Ride camels into Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the sunset. Arrive at the Berber camp for dinner, traditional music, and overnight under the stars.
Wake early for sunrise, then ride camels back to Merzouga. Drive through the Draa Valley, stopping in Rissani to see traditional Moroccan architecture. Continue through Nqob and Tamnougalt, then return to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains, arriving around 8 PM.
